淄博宝山工业园简介

    一、地理位置：淄博宝山工业园位于淄博市周村区，西靠济南，东接淄博市政府所在地—张店。距济南遥墙国际机场50公里，东距青岛口岸290公里，至济青高速周村上路口25公里，至滨博高速淄川上路口8公里。309国道从境内穿过，是省道济王公路、胶王公路的起点，境内有胶济铁路两个货运站。

    二、规划面积：宝山工业园为省级工业园区，规划面积2平方公里，起步区1500亩，内部划分为高档耐火材料加工区、高档建陶加工区和精纺化工加工区。

    三、配套条件：统一提供水、电、路、气、暖、通讯、排水配套服务，有年供电1.2亿千瓦时和年供热257万GJ的热电厂一座，集中供水1.5元/立方米、天然气1.7元/立方米、路开通主干道，程控电话装机容量1万门。

    四、管理措施：
    镇党委、政府对工业园建设实行“五统一”"扶持政策：①统一编制园区总体规划、详细规划和专业规划；②统一基础设施配套，实现水、电、路、通讯、热网、天然气、排水七通；③统一办理土地使用手续；④统一办理立项、施工手续；⑤统一管理社会事务。
　

Brief Introduction of Zibo
Baoshan Industrial Park

I Geographical Position: Zibo Baoshan Industrial Park is Located in Zhoucun District. It is adjacent to Jinan in the west and adjacent to Zhangdian, which is site of Zibo Municipal Government in the east. Fifty kilometers to the west of this district is located the Jinan International Airport and three hundred kilometers to the east of the district lies Qindao Harbor. There are 25 kilometers to Jinan-Qingdao Expressway crossing and there are 8 kilometers to Binzhou-Boshan Expressway crossing. 309 National Highways cross this boundary. It is the starting point of Jiwang province highway and Jiaowang province highway. Two goods stations are located in the district.
II Program Area: As a provincial industrial park, Zibo Baoshan Industrial Park cover 2 square kilometers. The industrial park is divided into the processing parts of top-grade refractory material, top-grade ceramic and spinning chemical industry.
III Infrastructure Facilities: We unify to offer supplemental service such as water, electricity, road, gas, heating, communication and drain. There is a heat & power plant, which can supply 120 million KWH and 2.57 million GJ steam annually. The price of water is 1.5 Yuan/m3 and the price of gas is 1.7 Yuan/ m3 .It has the data communication with a capacity of 10 thousand program-control telephones.
IV Management Measure: Government carries out five supportive policies for the construction of industrial park: (I) Unified establishment park overall planning, detailed program and professional program;(II) Unified supplemental infrastructure to realize the unobstructed of water, electric, road, communication, hot net and natural gas and drain;(III) Unifying to handle land use procedure (IV) Unify to handle project approving and construction procedure (V) Unified management social general affairs.
